- Comprehensive In-Patient (IPD) Cover: Unlike the old system which only covered specific emergencies, the updated scheme covers all types of indoor treatments and daycare procedures that require hospitalization.
- ₹5 Lakh Annual Standard Limit: Eligible beneficiaries can avail of premium healthcare services up to a sum insured of ₹5,00,000 per family per year at package rates.
- Special Critical Illness Coverage: The scheme continues its robust, direct coverage for life-threatening emergencies, including:
- Cardiac emergencies
- Brain/Cerebral hemorrhage
- Coma
- Advanced stage Cancer (Stages 3 & 4)
- Severe electrocution/Electric shock
- Serious accidents
- Single-Platform IT Integration: Operating seamlessly through an online Transaction Management System (TMS), hospitals are reimbursed directly by the state government, completely eliminating out-of-pocket expenses for the employee.
- 👥 Who is Eligible?
- All regular, full-time Haryana State Government employees.
- Registered Haryana State Government Pensioners.
- All India Service Officers serving in Haryana (IAS, IPS, and IFoS).
- Dependents: Legally declared spouses, unmarried/dependent children, and dependent parents (provided they meet the criteria and are mapped under the employee's family profile).
- 🆔 How to Access Benefits (Card Generation)
- The scheme utilizes digital E-Cards (CCHF Cards) instead of manual physical files. To issue or use a card, the following steps are mandatory:
- HRMS & Intra Haryana Update: Employees must update and lock their family details on the Intra Haryana Portal, which must then be verified by their department's official Checker on the HRMS portal.
- Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) Mapping: The employee's profile and their dependents must be accurately mapped and linked with their Family ID (PPP) and Aadhaar card.
- Card Download: Verified beneficiaries can download their digital cashless health card through the specialized mobile application or the official portal to show at empanelled hospital helpdesks.
- 🏥 Network Coverage
- Treatment can be availed at all Haryana Government Civil Hospitals, Government Medical Colleges, and private healthcare facilities empanelled under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) Haryana across the state.
