- Cashless & Subsidized Treatment: Beneficiaries can access completely cashless indoor (IPD) treatment at empanelled private hospitals and free outpatient (OPD) care through CGHS Wellness Centres.
- Dual System Support (Allopathy + AYUSH): The scheme covers standard modern medicine alongside alternative Indian systems of medicine, including Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy.
- Free Medicine Supply: All essential long-term and short-term medicines prescribed by specialists are dispensed completely free of cost through a network of local CGHS dispensaries.
- Ward Entitlement by Pay Level: Hospital room accommodations (General, Semi-Private, or Private ward) during admission are directly determined by the employee's current basic pay level or the pensionerβs last drawn pay under the 7th Pay Commission matrix.
- Emergency Non-Empanelled Coverage: In life-threatening emergencies, patients can be admitted to any nearby non-empanelled private hospital, and expenses are reimbursable afterward up to the standard CGHS approved package rates.

- Dependency Rule: Covers the spouse, dependent children (sons up to 25 years or until they earn; unmarried daughters of any age; disabled children for life), and dependent parents or parents-in-law (subject to a monthly income limit of under βΉ9,000).
